After practicing law together for more than two decades, we wanted to take our practice to new heights — to create a firm where differing opinions and approaches thrive, but shared legal philosophies are the foundation.

In 2002 we established Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman, a practice guided by the ideal that everyone has a right to seek justice through the legal system.

Our expertise is in sophisticated civil litigation; in resolving disputes in cases that truly matter to society. We are plaintiffs' attorneys unafraid of taking on the big cases — from asbestos and mesothelioma, to predatory lending and securities fraud, to preserving, protecting, and repairing our natural resources — we are constantly working for redress from major corporations and other defendants whose products or actions have caused undue cost or harm to people's lives.

Individually and collectively we have had great legal success in these pursuits, and we look forward to — and expect — much more. This is our life's work.
