RPWB is pleased to announce a new member
Thomas joined the firm in 2010 as an associate. He focuses on business litigation, class action lawsuits, medical devices, personal injury, products and premises liability, truck accidents and vehicle defects.
In 2012, he was named one of the top 40 trial lawyers under 40-years-old by National Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only association that recognizes top talent in the legal profession. In 2014, Super Lawyers – a national legal ranking service – recognized Thomas as a rising star in South Carolina.
Thomas is a 2004 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in political science from Florida State University.
Prior to joining RPWB, he was a partner with Lewis & Babcock in Columbia.
