Predatory Lending

The Settlement in this case has been appealed by the objectors. Until the Third Circuit Court of Appeals decides the appeal, the settlement is not final.

On Tuesday, April 20th, 2010 oral argument was held by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. The Court has taken the matter under advisement. The Court will issue an order once it has completed its consideration of the case.

Until the appeal is resolved and the settlement is final, no distribution may be made to class members. While the appeals process is continuing, please keep us informed of any changes in your contact information, and check back here for further updates.
