Predatory Lending

On Friday, January 25th, the Court conditionally certified the proposed settlement and named Bruce Carlson of Carlson Lynch and A. Hoyt Rowell and Daniel Myers of Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook and Brickman as attorneys for the class. Judge Lancaster has ordered notice to be sent to the class members and has set a final fairness hearing for June 30.
