Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman is currently working with its associated co-counsel on NRD litigation projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands and the State of New Jersey through The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).
RPWB and its associated co-counsel, The Law Offices of John K. Dema, are among the small group of "Tier I" law firms that have been retained by the State of New Jersey to prosecute NRD claims on behalf of the state arising out of contamination at over 4,000 contaminated sites within the state. RPWB is investigating individual sites and evaluating their potential for NRD claims. RPWB will fund the litigation and prosecute the NRD claims in conjunction with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and the Department of Environmental Protection.
