James C. Bradley,
Thomas P. Gressette, Jr.,
Christiaan A. Marcum and
Robert S. Wood have been elected members of the firm.
Jim Bradley joined the firm in 2002. He earned a B.A. from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. He is active in the South Carolina Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. His areas of practice are mutual funds and securities fraud litigation.
Tom Gressette has been with the firm since 2002 and practices in the areas of natural resource damages, toxic torts, white collar criminal defense and products liability. Licensed to practice in South Carolina as well as in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Mr. Gressette earned a B.A. from Clemson University and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. He is an adjunct professor of law at the Charleston School of Law and recently completed two law review articles scheduled to be published in early 2010. Mr. Gressette currently serves as the Fourth Circuit Vice President for the Federal Bar Association, a national organization dedicated to advancing the practice of law in the federal courts.
Christiaan Marcum's area of practice is pharmaceutical drug litigation. He earned a B.A. from the College of Charleston and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. Christiaan is involved in the South Carolina Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the South Carolina Bar and the Charleston County Bar Association. He has been with the firm since 2004.
Bobby Wood has been with the firm since 2002. He earned a B.S. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. Bobby is active in the South Carolina Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. His areas of practice are complex litigation and class actions.
