Earlier this year Rhea won an acquittal for one of eight defendants facing a total of 21 counts on tax evasion, conspiracy and wire fraud charges. Prosecutors called over 40 witnesses to the stand to attempt to prove their case. Rhea's defense strategy resulted in a striking victory in the face of overwhelming odds.
