CHARLESTON, SC – RPWB member James (Jay) L. Ward, Jr., is now Vice Chairman of the South Carolina Bar Torts and Insurance Practice Section Council. The Torts and Insurance Practice Section maintains a strong interest in products liability, workers' compensation, wrongful death and survivor actions, automobile law, insurance law and medical and legal malpractice and damages. Mr. Ward assumed his duties July 1, 2009.
