has been selected to speak at the 2009 South Carolina Bar Convention scheduled for January 22-25 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Mr. Butler will speak on the topic, “Plaintiffs Perspective: Lessons Learned from the Graniteville Derailment Litigation.” His presentation will be the morning of Friday, January 23.
Mr. Butler is a partner in RPWB’s Barnwell office and specializes in railroad accident litigation. He also practices in the areas of asbestos, class actions and products liability.
