James (Jay) L. Ward, Jr.,
has been appointed to the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ) Legislative Policy Steering Committee. The SCAJ has grown into a statewide organization with over 1300 members. The organization holds the values of the original founders and was formed to protect the rights of individuals in South Carolina.
Mr. Ward's areas of practice are business litigation, class actions, products liability, and vehicle defects. He is also the firm's business manager.
