Tuck To Speak at OBA Institute

(harleston, S.C. — Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman (RPWB) attorney T. Christopher Tuck has been selected to speak at the 2009 Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Institute of Continuing Legal Education in February. Mr. Tuck will speak on the topic: A Practical Guide for U.S. Counsel in Navigating Class Action Litigation in Canada. The OBA’s 34th Annual Institute is Canada’s premier continuing legal education event and will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The full day civil litigation program will focus on cross-border litigation. Mr. Tuck is a partner at RPWB specializing in class action litigation. He is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Board of Arbitrators and a member of the Public Justice Foundation.
