Tuck To Speak at NBI Seminar

Mount Pleasant, S.C. — Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman announced today that attorney Chris Tuck will present "Special Issues Arising in the Class Action Suit" at the National Business Institute's (NBI) upcoming seminar entitled "Class Action Update: Today's Trends & Strategies for Success." The NBI continuing education seminar is scheduled for November 30, 2006 and will be held at the Sheraton North Charleston Hotel.

Tuck's session will cover managing cases in multiple jurisdictions, handling multiple clients and cases and working with multiple counsel. Mr. Tuck will provide attorneys with a strategy to help them meet these challenges. He will also be a member of a panel that will discuss settlement strategies, including the pros and cons of non-cash settlements and reaching a reasonable and acceptable class resolution.

Mr. Tuck is an associate with the firm and practices in the areas of class actions, predatory lending, product and insurance fraud and securities fraud.
