Jay Ward Appointed to ATLA Task Force

Charleston, S.C. — Richardson Patrick attorney James L. Ward, Jr., has been appointed to the American Association for Justice's Leaders Forum Seventh Amendment Task Force. ATLA's Seventh Amendment Project is committed to the preservation of civil justice in America and to safeguarding the right to trial by jury in civil cases. The Leaders Forum Task Force will focus its attention on providing resources and strategic direction for the Seventh Amendment Project. Ward will serve a one-year term through July 2007.
