Haltiwanger To Speak at ATLA Seminar

Charleston, S.C. — Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman attorney Dan Haltiwanger will speak at the American Trial Lawyers Association's (ATLA) seminar entitled "Litigating Trucking Cases — From Discovery to Trial." He will speak on the topic of "Tractor Trailer Accident Reconstruction." The seminar is scheduled for October 20–21 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Haltiwanger is an associate in the firm. His areas of practice are railroad and truck accidents and vehicle defects.
