Hahn Elected Lead Counsel in Bausch & Lomb Contact Lens Solution Products Liability Litigation

Mount Pleasant, S.C. — RPWB attorney Blair Hahn has been elected lead counsel in the Bausch & Lomb contact lens solution litigation. Mr. Hahn will serve as Personal Injury Plaintiffs' Lead Counsel against Bausch & Lomb, the makers of ReNu Moisture Loc contact lens solution.

Bausch & Lomb stopped shipping the contact lens solution in April of 2006 due to more than 100 reports of serious eye infections in the United States. The infections have been linked to fusarium keratitis, a serious eye fungus that could lead to the need for corneal transplants.

Mr. Hahn is a founding member of the firm and is head of the firm's Pharmaceutical Litigation Section.
