Beth Middleton Burke to Present at ATLA Seminar

Charleston, S.C. — Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman attorney Beth Middleton Burke will be speaking and moderating at the upcoming Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) Trial Advocacy College: Depositions. The college will be held October 13–15, 2006 in Cleveland, Ohio. Burke is also serving as course advisor for the college and serves on the National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees that oversees and manages continuing legal education provided through ATLA. Burke is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in the areas of medical devices and pharmaceutical drug litigation.
