In the Lowcountry, September 11th is reverently remembered by now being known as the Day of Caring — the most diverse and comprehensive community mobilization effort the region has seen. It is truly "A Day to Remember, A Day to Give Back.
Since the Day of Caring's inception, Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman has worked with 2-1-1 Outreach Services to heighten community awareness about the 2-1-1 Hotline — a 24-hour link to support crisis intervention and community services. RPWB has worked with Crime Stoppers to "take a bite out of crime," worked with local law enforcement and the public in the fight against crime by providing the public with information and means to report a crime anonymously, while offering cash rewards for information leading to an arrest, and worked with the American Red Cross delivering "meals on wheels."
Richardson, Patrick, Westbrook & Brickman continues to be committed to caring for and working with the community.
